Understanding a Tomato Plant
Some of the sweetest lessons are the simplest ones
Today, we slowed down and looked closely at something we often pass by…a tomato plant. Leaves, stem, fruit, and soil. Each part quietly does its job, working together just as it was created to.
There was no rush, no pressure, just a few moments of learning, pointing, and wondering together.
It reminded me that learning doesn’t always have to be complicated to be meaningful. Sometimes, it’s found right in front of us.
If you’d like a simple 15-minute lesson to walk through with your children, I’ve shared it over in the Schoolroom 🤍
You can download the lesson plan and printable and use it at your own pace.
