Kindergarten Sight Words

There’s something I’ve always loved about these moments at the table. Little hands reaching, quiet voices sounding out words, and the gentle excitement when something finally clicks. It’s not loud or rushed… just steady, simple learning happening right in front of you.

In our home, we’ve learned that it doesn’t take much to begin. Just a few small words. I, go, see, you. Words that don’t seem like much at first, but over time, they begin to build confidence. You start to see it in their faces—that quiet “I can do this” moment.

This list came from those kinds of days. The slow ones. The ones where we’re gathered around the table, working through a few words at a time, without pressure to hurry. It’s just something simple to guide the process and give a little direction when you need it.

If it blesses your home the way it has ours, you can download it below and use it in whatever way fits your days best.
