Beanless Chili

We all need a quick and easy meal! The meal is even better if it can be cooked in one pot!

Beanless Chili is my favorite go-to recipe. This is warm and filling for those tummies that are always hungry. Great for the wintertime cold months and the summer with corn chips. Of course, grated cheese is an added plus!

May this encourage you to get in the kitchen today.

Beanless Chili

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon each:

Paprika

Cumin

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Parsley

Salt

Pepper

Chili Powder

Oregano

2 cans = 16 oz ( 2 cups) Crushed tomatoes

1 cup water

1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • Brown the meat with all the seasonings.

  • Add tomatoes, water, and tomato paste.

  • Mix well.

  • Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.

* Crackers or Corn Chips with grated cheese is really good with this recipe! Enjoy.

I often triple the measurements and pre-make the seasoning mix and place it in a mason jar with a lid. For this recipe, I use 3 tablespoons of the premade mix.
